The innovative process with which these slides are coated creates a uniform positive coating across the surface, allowing superior tissue adhesion. The slides are treated in-house upon order so as to "ASSURE" the highest quality slide. Our charged slides are offered in eleven distinct colors. Edge finishes include slightly ground 135? and 90? corners. These charged slides are perfect for all your H&E, special stains and IHC needs. ASSURE slides come conveniently packaged in boxes of 100 pieces, 30 boxes per case, cases of 3,000 slides. Available in quantities of 100 pieces. Call or email for a sample.
The ASSURE slides are designed to work best on the following slide printers:
*90? corners will cause more glass dust and debris build-up in a slide printer machine than 135? corner slides and may cause more issues with your slide printer.

Returns
30-day money-back guarantee return period from the date of delivery. Any return outside of the 30-day return period is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and requires an approved Rankin RMA number. If the item(s) are under warranty and are faulty or damaged, we will repair or replace the items per the warranty agreement. For items that are replaced, return of the faulty or damaged item(s) is required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ap@rankinbiomed.com. Refunds may take up to 90 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rankinbiomed.com with your order number and product you wish to exchange and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
